A Strong Proposal

Proposals will be scored based on the following criteria:

- Production Viability
- Commitment to Community Connectivity
- Budget Feasibility

In celebration of the United States’ 250th birthday in 2026, we especially invite proposals emphasizing democracy, civil liberties, racial, social, and environmental justice, diversity, and culture.
